Beyond it, a five-family patent program anchored by US Provisional 64/085,460 (filed June 8, 2026), covering the full SDD/DoP stack from physical connector to cloud, spanning both AC and DC embodiments. Planet ReGen, Inc. is a U.S. C-corporation under the $75M gross-asset threshold, so the shares issued when your SAFE converts are intended to qualify as QSBS under IRC §1202. For non-corporate holders, §1202 can exclude federal capital gains up to the greater of $15M or 10× your basis, per company — under a tiered holding period of 50% at 3 years, 75% at 4, and 100% at 5 years. The clock starts when your SAFE converts into stock, not at signing.

The ~666 million people still without electricity access — concentrated in sub-Saharan Africa — will not build AC infrastructure.
